Hello..skinny jeans? Get ready...I'm on my way...
Here I am. I am here. Somehow in the past 4 years I've managed to add on 4 inches in my waist and hips, 2 in the past year. I would like those to go away...but I love food!!! :(

My Goals:
I want to lose the inches I've gained, as well as getting rid of my 'skinny fat' and becoming toned again. Therefore...the gym is in my future...
My Program:
One step at a time... I'm cutting out junky food and cooking almost everything from scratch. Tracking my calories to see where I screw up. Gym plan is working out at least 4 days a week, preferably 5. Cardio and fairly heavy lifting, I want good muscle definition.
Other Information:
Since my progress is better tracked by measurements than weight...here's my starting: 37-28 1/2-38 1/2 First Goal: 36-26-36 (my stats 1 year ago) Ultimate Goal: 36-24-34 (stats 5 years ago)
