WOW, you have done fantastic.
I know you will continue to keep the pounds off because you will continue to be a SPARKER.
Jack LaLanne is 93 and works out two hours every day of his life. I found his new web site at www.mattandjack.com as he is talking about planning for retirement. emoticon
