This time it's for keeps!

When I quit smoking I gained 25 lbs to a body that already needed to lose 25 lbs. I've struggled with that 25 lbs ever since and I've had enough. I've set my sights on two goals of 25 lbs. each. (Psychologically that seems so much more obtainable to me than saying 50 lbs.) Today marks day one of that journey.

My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to feel comfortable with myself. Along the way I hope to gain the knowledge and strength I need continue a healthy life style for the rest of my life.

My Program:
First month eating plan is Medifast to kick start my weight loss. For exercise I've purchased dance music cd's to dance to. I've also joined a gym which I haven't had the nerve to go to yet. I'll get to that point though. Reading health & weight loss books that will inspire me and help me figure out the 'why' and how to change it.
