Swt's quest for a healthier me

I'm a 34 year old mother of 2 boys. I have had Crohn's disease for 13 years. It has really taken a toll on me in the last 5 years, having had 3 bowel resections in the last 4 years (one a year except THIS year, hopefully!). I was diagnosed with Lupus last year, also. I am working very hard on getting these diseases under control. Unfortunately the medications, pain, fatigue, and other complications have contributed to a 30 pound weight gain in the last couple of years!

My Goals:
My weight loss goal is to get back down to 120.
My fitness goal is just to try get a workout in everyday. With my health conditions, getting motivated is hard, and actually getting it done is harder! But I believe that the more I try, the more energy I will have.

My Program:
Logging my food every day.
Using Google Tasks on my phone to remind me to log in to track my food and exercise. I also use it to remind me to do my morning yoga, and whatever workout I have planned for the day.
What did I ever do before my smartphone?!
