Yeah... I know. Here we go again.
Doesn't everyone do this at the beginning of every new year?? With any luck (and by that I mean hard work), I won't have to start over again next year! This is hard, but it will be worth it. I'm done being this person. Time to fix it.

My Goals:
I'm recommitting myself to this lifestyle. Focusing on small goals, little steps at a time, to stay motivated. I'd like to lose 150 lbs by the end of the year. That's a big goal, but not impossible. If I even get to half that, I'll be happy!
My Program:
Current Goals Renew/maintain zero-soda policy. More fruits and veggies! Increase movement, schedule exercise.
Personal Information:
I'm a 37-year-old single mother in Ohio, with a more-than-full-time job. But, someone busier than me is working out right now.
Other Information:
I want to be able to look back a year from now and see myself stronger, healthier, and with more energy.
