Time for a Change

I recently had a baby and want to lose weight. Although I have lost most of the baby weight, I have been overweight for most of my life. I am the largest I have ever been (except for the last week of pregnancy) and it is time for a change. I want to have more children in the future, but have realized that I need to live a healthier lifestyle not for myself, but for my daughter and future children. While he understands, he doesn't really know what it is like being so overweight and trying to lose the extra baggage. I love him dearly, but I need some support from other people who know how extactly how I feel!

If you keep doing as well as you have been. On Sunday there will be many fireworks and well wishes coming your way. "onederland is just with in our touch".
