It's time to focus on me! If I think about my weight too much, and the lifetime challenge it has been, I get discouraged easily, because I know better! I know what I need to do and how to do it. When I'm feeling like I've got my thoughts and behaviors mastered, one little slip can sometimes make me feel like I'm back to square one. However, I have a wonderufl life and I'm happy and so in love....now I need to get back to being diligent with my excercise and nutrition (again...ha, ha, ha!) Thankfully, I have a wonderful husband who encourages me and wants to get fit himself. I have a partner in this and know that we can do it together!

My Goals:
My goal is to lose 50 lbs. I want to take a healthy approach and work hard so that I can develop lasting habits. Ultimately, my goal is to live a healthy and active life! My weight loss goal is to lose 25 pounds by summer, another 15 by Labor Day and the final 10 by Thanksgiving. Other goals include tracking everything that goes in my mouth, trying at least one new recipe every week, including friends and family, journaling more and rewarding myself.


My Program:
Classes, tracking, being more involved on SP, walks with my husband.... I choose to be more active and proactive about my health and the health of my family!
