Hi and thank you for commenting on my blog. I use Benefiber as a supplement along with eating veggies and usually make it up to 23 or so grams per day.

Yeah, cave girls don't drink energy drinks, it's true, haha. But full on paleo is something to build up to slowly! Sticking to some rigorous set of rules is WAY less important than consistently making healthier choices of some sort or another. Maybe you have one less energy drink this week, or choose a steak and veggies over a bowl of pasta for dinner. The FastBreaks and small changes that SparkPeople advocates work really, really well. But it's also nice to have an endpoint to aim for, which is where the paleo diet comes in, IMHO.
