Hi, I'm Sarah and new to SP. I am 38 and have 2 girls, 16 and 13. Over the last few years I have gained 30+ pounds and am now ready to turn my life around and lose that weight. I actually started dieting Oct. 1, 2008 and joined SP 11/25/2008. Before joining, my weight was at my all time high of 166.6 lbs. I wish I would have checked my measurements at that time, but I didn't. When I started SP, I was at 160 lbs.
I am ready to take my weight issue seriously and get on the right track again.

Bootcamp measurements as of 1/8/09:
Waist 33 1/4 inches
Hips 42 inches
Thigh 25 1/2 inches
Bust 35 1/4 inches

My Goals:
1. To be at my goal weight by May 2009. Not met, but did lose 15 lbs.
2. To exercise at least 3-4 times per week.
3. To have an improved self-esteem
4. To be more involved with my kids.
5. Revision to goal 1--to be at my goal wt. by May 2010
6. I want to jog in at least 3 5K races in 2010.


My Program:
I am currently keeping a journal of what I eat throughout the day as well as documenting this information on SP.
I am exercising a minimum of 30 minutes 3-4 times per week.
9/25/09: Update: during the summer of 2009 I did not keep a journal and my exercising was few and far between. I have once again started keeping my food journal and tracking it on SP as well as getting into a routine of exercise.
