Honestly I don't want to check the last time i checked it said i gained 10 pounds that was last monday...... I did eat horribly and i felt it in my body and it has really just shook me i have some veggies but with a family member being in the hospital its been difficult preparing my food but honestly thats no excuse and i feel bad... Lol well i felt bad now i just want to move on

Ugh been slipping but i made a new goal and will work hard.... Gonna try to run 3 times a week see how things goes..... Its hard when you go away even if its for a weekend..... But i need to learn to make adjustments i cant eat like my friends and they can go out in bikinis so reality has sunk in
