I am a new mom
I am eating mindfully
I am moving more
I am positive I can do it

I am loving Sparkpeople!

My name is Shawna. I'm a 31 years old but I feel like I'm 80 :( I would love to find the energy to play with my 4 year old daughter, to exercise and to not be so tired at the end of the day. When I wake up in the morning I feel like I have been hit by a bus and it takes a few hours before the pain is gone.

I've tried numerous diets with some success but I always gain it back plus some. My DH and I had been trying for baby #2 for over a year and now that she is here it is time to restart my program.
