Happy to have lost something so close. (The weight)

My Goals:
1. Lose about 1-2 lbs a week. 2. Increase energy by increasing activities. 3. Decrease weight, cholesterol & blood sugar levels with a healthier diet.
My Program:
1. Want to weigh under 150lbs by my next birthday (2010). 2. I've been stiffening up in my older days & am not going to tolerate it from myself. 3. I've lowered my blood sugars & i want to keep them in control - the cholesterol is next.
Other Information:
I am always changing - growing, learning and adapting. Now am seeking to enhance, develope & streghten areas of my life - that I control. I like paperbacks with the key person being a Detective or a FBI Agent.
