You are so right in deciding to wait until you felt you were really ready to lose weight. There's no sense in starting when you're not ready because then all that happens is one gets frustrutated. If you are truly ready and have your mind set on it now, you'll make it happen. Don't be discouraged if the process takes some time, the longer it takes the smaller the chance that you will gain any of the weight back. 3702 days ago
Hi! For some reason I never thought to measure my thigh...it would make sense. I've been tracking inch loss off of my neck, waist and hips...looks like I will add arms and legs since I am more prone to do that than step on a scale. 3772 days ago
