Finding Me

Turning 50 has it's challenges and losing weight is one of them. I currently work out 4 to 5 times a week (thanks to a free gym at work). I need to keep a food journal because my weight doesn't seem to be changing and I know keeping track will help.

Strength train 3 days a week with 30 minutes of cardio. 3 days a week cardio for 60 minutes each day.

Welcome to the Couch to 5k running group!!!! Stop by the message board and introduce yourself to the team. On the team page you will find a thread for each training week. Click on week one and post were you are at in your training. This is a great way to meet others who are in the same phase of training as you. Some of my best friends were in my training week one and we worked through the program together sharing victories, questions, comments, and ideas. I look forward to learning more about you.
