Finding Me

Turning 50 has it's challenges and losing weight is one of them. I currently work out 4 to 5 times a week (thanks to a free gym at work). I need to keep a food journal because my weight doesn't seem to be changing and I know keeping track will help.

I don't know that muscle would atrophy that fast. I'm betting you were just more careful with your eating knowing that you couldn't exercise. I hope you get the go-ahead soon. I know the waiting must be driving you crazy. emoticon

Thanks for stopping by my page. I am so happy our cat came home. He sure had us all worried. This is the first time he's spent a day away in all the years we've had him. He seems exhausted...no telling where he's been...sure wish he could talk.

Hey Carrie, thanks for stopping by my blog. I hope that your foot is mending quickly. It really is no fun with a broken foot. I am now out of my walking boot and into regular shoes but I still cannot walk correctly. My foot is so sore. Today was my first day back at the gym and it was a challenge. I am still taking it slow trying to test out the waters. I hope that you bounce back quickly. Good luck.

Rhoda

It really is a small world! Yes I work at PM part time in the medical dept at the MC. Wow. I have worked with them now almost two years and I love it! Hope you are enjoying your Friday emoticon

I'm glad you had a good experience at JW but alas it was not me. I work for Honeywell and Phillip Morris. I take care of sick or injured employees. I've always know the tools to weight loss but practicing them is another story! But it does seem to go better when there are others doing it with me. I'm addicted to SP. Hope you are up and moving around soon!
