I have been with SP for quite a while now. I was doing really good, but unfortunately I did not stay on track and gained all my weight back. So I'm starting (once again) from square one. This time around, I hope to reach all my goals by staying focused and not becoming too comfortable just because I lose a pound or two. Also, no more excuses!

My Goals:
My goal is to lose no less than 2 pounds per week for the next 10 weeks, beginning today (4/24/2012), which will bring me to my desired weight. Once I've reached this goal, my next goal is to maintain my weight and continue to eat healthy and exercise on a consistent basis.

My Program:
Stay within my 1,200 daily calorie intake and follow my fitness program. I am also cutting out "sweets"completely. Which means, no more cookies, candy, ice cream, etc. This is my biggest downfall.

Thanks for the comment regarding my Fitness minutes for last month! I do what I love which is Zumba three times per week, and I do weight lifting (circuit training) two times per week. I've been doing it for the past 3 months. Now I am focusing on eating fewer calories each day also. Best wishes on your weight loss goals too!
