I have been with SP for quite a while now. I was doing really good, but unfortunately I did not stay on track and gained all my weight back. So I'm starting (once again) from square one. This time around, I hope to reach all my goals by staying focused and not becoming too comfortable just because I lose a pound or two. Also, no more excuses! My weight goal beginning 12/7/2014 is to lose 2 lbs per week until I reach my desired weight.

My Goals:
My goal is to lose no less than 2 pounds per week for the next 10 weeks, beginning today, which will bring me to my desired weight. Once I've reached this goal, my next goal is to maintain my weight.

My Program:
Stay within my 1,200 daily calorie intake and follow my fitness program. I am also cutting out "sweets"completely. Which means, no more cookies, candy, ice cream, etc. This is my biggest downfall. 12/12/2014 - This also isn't working, so I'm cutting back on sweets, rather than giving them up entirely.

I love seeing that you recognized that cutting sweets completely was not attainable at this point and you adjusted your goal to fit your personal needs. That's awesome. I have an all or nothing mindset- a big downfall of mine. Like you've done, I need to be able to set realistic goals, and if something isn't working I need to be willing to change. Thank you for that insight!

Thanks for the kind words on my blog. i guess i was bemoaning the fact that as i have aged, i am not able to get outside in the extreme cold weather without a trip to the doctor a few days later. have a great Wednesday!
