Wow. 20 pounds in 5 weeks. If I can do what you just did, I can fit into my winter cloths. It is hard to wear a sweater under a jacket if the jacket is too small. emoticon

Hey what's going on? I've been working extra hard this week to drop a few extra lbs because next week is VACATION!!! Spending a week on Lake Michigan! So looking forward to the break from reality, but nervous about the food choices. It's a trip of nine gals. We're making group breakfast every morning, and I know from past experience, they are not all lo-cal! Will make the best of it and take along a lot of fresh fruits and water!!! Enjoy the upcoming weekend.
