Lord help me make these lifesyle changes....forever.

These changes should have been made while I was young. But it's never to late, I've done the yo-yo thing all my adult life. I MUST now stick with the lifestyle rather than 'dieting'. I have a great husband, three wonderful children and five adorable grandchildren; plus our little dog. Make each day count!

I'm working to be at 190 lbs. by June 2009 and 165 lbs. by Sept. 2014.

My Goals:
My goal is to lose enough weigh to be healthier and feel better; with more energy. I'd like to achieve this goal over a steady course....for as long as it takes, learning to eat properly along the way.

My Program:
I'm trying to stick to a 1200-1400 calorie plan.

Every one tries recipes from a selected book each month and comes back and post their thoughts on the recipes.
