Hey I'm Diane almost 25. Engaged to my best friend who I've been with for almost 8 years. I was a skinny mini (115 lbs) til I was 14 until I feel into a deep depression and many emotional and psychological problems I packed on over 100 lbs in less than 6 months. I've tried everything but I need help and thats what I dont have. My Goals:

My Program:
I live with my Fiance and his family in the Lehigh Valley. His mom cooks alot of food in oil or the deepfryer and doesnt cook veggies. Ryan and I have taken it upon ourselves to shop for ourselves now and only eat chicken and seafood. We have cut out all pork/pig products and added alot of fruits and veggies. I have NO self control!!!
Personal Information:
I have had quite the rollercoaster life! But other then my weight being a problem I'm pretty happy where I'm at. I mean theres always room for improvement a better job, going to school and having our own place, mentally I'm pretty happy. I have the best family, 2 brothers a sister and the greatest mom ever. They all live in California so the time I do spend with them I cherish alot! I just got a new car her name's Gretchen! I just need to drop 100 lbs and I will be perfectly happy :)!!!
Other Information:
I want to be an animal physical therapist. I am OBSESSED with the tv show One Tree Hill. I have 2 fur kids a black lab Chelsea and a german shepherd Blake! Both of which were adopted! I hate the cold but love the snow. I hate the heat but love summer and swimming! I love to read though all my friends think its weird.
If I knew i would not gain a single ounce from it i could live off doritos and mountain dew!
