My Goals:
My goals for 2009 are to lose at least a pound a week. I want to be realistic. A pound a week is definatley doable. I want to eat healthier, and set a better example for my family. I want to learn to be a better Christian, mother, and wife.

My Program:
Well, for starters, my program will be greatly helped by SparkPeople. The tools, recipes, trackers, they're all great. I'm going to try the once a month freezer cooking to give me more time to exercise, and spend with my children.

i was here thinking i need a kick in the butt so i thought i would challenge my friends to a bathroom break challenge every time you go to the washroom do 10 wall push ups (or ten of anything u like) for the rest of the day!
