My Goals:
Ultimately I want to lost 150 pounds.

I want to successfully complete a 5k by December 2012.

To feel better about myself and to be proud of all accomplishments, however small they may be.

My Program:
I am going to do the 21 day sugar detox to jump start my weightloss and continue with a paleo diet.

I will wear my bodymedia core to track calories.

I will begin the couch25k program. I will also ride my bike at least once a week.
