I've been on diet all my life and my weight is coming up and down, I want to stop yoyos and reach my ideal weight & keep it for good in a healthy way.

I like this website v much bec its aim to change the lifestyle not just making a diet..

My Goals:
To change my life style and reach my ideal weight 130lbs = 59kg










My Program:
My program:
- Not exceeding 1300kcal
- Drink 8 cups of water
- Eat 5 servings of veggies &-fruits
- Sleep 8 hours.
- Stretch every day.
- Drink Green tea.

Exercise program:
3 days strength training.
&5 days Cardio.

To Do daily:
1. Read my advantages of losing weight list at least twice per day
2. Differentiate between Hunger, Desire and Cravings!
3. Practice Hunger Tolerance...hunger is not an emergency as you think!
4. Overcome Cravings by mindful and behavior techniques! Distract yourself with other things or drink a low calorie drink.
5. Plan for Tomorrow Diet Menu
6. Monitor daily eating
7. Eating (sitting down)
8. Eating slowly
9. Stop eating when I feel mild full! You don't have to finish your plate!
10. End Overeating
11. if you ruined it up Get Back on Track immediately!
12. Recognize sabotaging thoughts & respond positively to them!
13. Resist Food Pushers an

I'm glad you came over to post on the Beck team! We are a really nice bunch! The daily checkin board has been a little quiet lately - maybe because people are so busy with the holidays??? but don't give up on us. We are very supportive and have lots of good ideas!

I feel bad that I didn't finish this challenge but I will if we do it again. I need to make it a point to do it. I usually do finish what I start.
