Bombshell in the making!

I am a single gal living in Orange County, CA and I am 27.
Throughout high school and definitely college, I was overweight and in college I got all the way up to 185 (thats when I actually weighed so I could have been even higher!). But most importantly, I was VERY unhappy. I was known as the "fat friend". Eventually I got tired of living for OTHER people, and decided to live FOR MY SELF.

I joined spark, and I love it here. I have gained confidence and a sense of self. I have challenged myself in ways I never thought I would and have done things I NEVER thought I would do.
I've run 2 half marathons, and ran my FIRST MARATHON back in Feb, will be completing my second marathon in October, another half in December in Vegas and the marathon again in Feb... I was the girl that COULDNT EVEN RUN A MILE.
I've gone paddleboarding and worn a bikini in public.
I've started working with a trainer and LOVE IT and beg to be pushed to my limit.

I am working hard at my training runs. I am up to about 6 miles now. This week my trainer has upped that to 8 miles. I am running 3 days a week and ST 3 days also. It's a lot of work but I am loving it.

How is your training going?

I have not been on Spark a real lot...there is no time for anything else between work and all the working out I have been doing.
