I did go for a 2 mile run today as per the schedule. Supposed to do 3 miles tomorrow. Felt pretty good but it was hot - over 80.

I'll get you recipes for the roasted garbanzos. :) Its easy & quick...I know it's a little olive oil & salt pepper . Bake for 10-15 minutes or so. I don't like them too crispy but you can cook them as you like. I ate hummus today for lunch with some of my homegrown lettuce.. I even measured it out ! I was in control ! YAY !
Hubby & I rode bikes on the trail this afternoon...I rode 22 miles. In an hour & 40 minutes . That's an improvement since I did that route on my old clunky bike ! I'll take it . Still in my hubby's dust .... but that's ok... Im still doing good ! emoticon
