Hey you! Guess who is back? Me. I am such a yo-yo dieter. As well as emotional eater and crutch-finder. I know that I have to work on my head as well but I have now gotten fatter than I ever was. But more determined than ever. I have not been to the gym since May 2012 and will not go back until I build up some health at home. I have started walking 20 minutes per day at work with some of the other ladies. I plan on adding a second 20 minutes on my treadmill at home. No other workout until my rotater cuff is healed. Hiya chickie!!! How are you? I temporarily left FB. Found I was spending WAY to much time on it and really need to focus on learning my Photography. I am not planning on spending too much time on here either, but just started Atkins and want to make sure I am staying withing my goals.
