SweetLovers Weight Loss Goals and Progress

In 2004 I lost 45 pounds with Weight Watchers. I was a healthy weight and I looked and felt great. I used to work out 30 minutes of cardio four times a week and weight training 15 minutes three times a week. I thought, "I'm skinny now so I can eat what I want." I ate what I wanted but continued to exercise. I did okay for a while. First 10 pounds came back. Then I quit exercising and kept eating whatever I wanted. In 2004 I lost 45 pounds with Weight Watchers. I was a healthy weight and I looked and felt great. I ate what I wanted but continued to exercise. I did okay for a while. First 10 pounds came back. Then I quit exercising and kept eating whatever I wanted. I gained back 30 pounds and lost 25 of it here on Spark in 2007. Then I quit Spark and gained the entire 45 back again putting me back at 184 in 2009. It is now April 2010 and I have lost 23 and am at 161. I am tired of this yo-yo dieting and need to make the change to a healthy lifestyle once and for all. My goal is to be down to 150 by June and then 140 by August and maybe even less but we'll see how it goes.

My Goals:
My main goal is to lose 20 pounds. I may want to lose more when I get down to that weight but I need to set a realistic goal at this point. I also want to maintain my healthy weight of 150 pounds or less when I do reach my goal

My Program:
Drinking 8 glasses of water per day.

Watch my calorie intake

Work out daily.
