to loose 60 pounds over this year so i will be better able to keep up with my growing boy and my hectic life.
I will be doing 3 days of cardio ad wieght traning minimum in the week. We do alot of walking during the day.
I have a long way to go but i am doing it for a great reason and i can look over and see my reasons every day. That will hepl to keep me going. NOt only will this change my life, but it will help both of us feel better.
I enjoy reading, internet, and hopefully i will enjoy my workouts soon too.
Iíve belonged to a lot of teams here on spark-- i really do believe that the Emotional Eaters team is one of the very best, itís a great group of people- very supportive and encouraging-- and it is very refreshing to talk with people who "get" what you're going through!!

Spark has a lot of great tools, and you will learn which ones work best for you. The best tools are the people tho, always willing to lend a hand, an ear, or a shoulder. Iíve been here for over a year now, and I still am overwhelmed, every day, by the kindness and goodness of others on this team!! That has made a world of difference for me. I hope you have the same success!
Your doing better than me!!! I have slipped up a few times, sent the scale in the wrong direction. I realised just how bad it was today when the scale was up 10lbs. I know I didn't gain that much. I am thinking 5 or so is water weight from TTOM coming up. But its still disapointing!
Ive been very busy this week sadly, but i have continued to track my food even though i forgot to add exercises done and write in my blog. Ive done well i think, only 2 slip ups in 2 weeks, im proud of myself, its much better than i could do on my own thats for sure.
