to loose 60 pounds over this year so i will be better able to keep up with my growing boy and my hectic life.
I will be doing 3 days of cardio ad wieght traning minimum in the week. We do alot of walking during the day.
I have a long way to go but i am doing it for a great reason and i can look over and see my reasons every day. That will hepl to keep me going. NOt only will this change my life, but it will help both of us feel better.
I enjoy reading, internet, and hopefully i will enjoy my workouts soon too.
