Striving to do better
I am mom to three children under the age of five. I was fit most of my life but put on 65 pounds with my first pregnancy and have been struggling to get back into shape ever since then. My objective is to complete a mini triathlon in early October. My exercise program includes, walking, running, swimming, cycling, stregth training and teaching three pre and post natal classes a week. I want to be the best possible example to my clients.

My Goals:
Overall fitness and health. Complete my first min-triathlon in October 2009. Complete at least one more tirathlon in 2010
My Program:
I am currently: Couch to 5K 2-3x week Swimming 2x a week Cycling 2x a week Teaching stroller fitness class 3x a week. I am also working on making good choices about what I eat each day.
Other Information:
I am mom to three amazing children.
