My Goals:
My goal is to get to 110 lbs and to really work on my abs which is the body part that suffered the most from being overweight and from having a baby.

My Program:
I try to get to the gym 3 days per week and do the weight machines, I do some stretching and squats and dumbells at home 3 days a week and I try to walk at least 30 minutes 3 days per week.

After you click on Edit my Spark page, scroll to the bottom of the right-hand column where the profile photo will appear. It should ask you if you want to add a profile photo. Just click there and then select one from your gallery. Be sure to click "Save Changes" at the bottom of your Spark page when you're finished making the change. emoticon
