My Goals:
To be 155lbs and fab
To complete a triathlon
To walk a half-marathon

My Program:
Nutrition - 1,500 calories a day of REAL food
Fitness - At least 30 minutes/3x a week. Usually, what works best for me is to sign up for a race and train for it. Right now I'm in training to walk a 10K
