Im going to lose this weight!
Hey there, I go by Cat. So pretty much my whole life ive been on the heavy side. I got teased without mercy as a kid and as a result food became my best friend. By the time I was 12 I was at 180. I knew I needed to lose weight. I managed to get my weight down to 165 and kept it there until I was 16. At 16 I became active in contact sports and played volleyball and rugby and got down to a muscular and toned 155 at 5'5". During my freshman year of college, i didnt have time to play sports and ...
During my freshman year of college, i didnt have time to play sports and didnt make time to exercise. I was also stressed and battling long term depression and drinking a lot. Since then i have been steadily gaining weight and now i am at 210 two years later. My goal is to get back down to that healthy 155 range for me. I looked awesome at that weight, which may seem like a lot for my height, but my frame and weight distribution made it look good. I felt good at that weight. I was happy with myself. Now, im determined to get back there.
