Not giving up! Always vigilant!

No whining.....Now working on building muscle; losing...eating like that thin person I want to be, but waiting for it all to come together, trying to find what is the key for me to get some movement on the weight loss.
Cannot do the juicing when it is cold; TOO COLD!! So it is just trying to eat lean protein with every meal, and stay with my program

Thanks for the support on my blog! I was feeling super crappy but am doing much better now emoticon

Spent alot of time listening to music yesterday which helped alot, and the house was empty for the day, what a stroke of luck lol.

I did p90x the 1st programme years ago-- I had a couple of very healthy years where I got to play a lot!

p90x3 is easier (at least 1//2 the time input) than their first 2 programmes.

I can usually get a couple good weeks going. I hope to do more now that flu season is over:)
