My Goals:
I want to get healthy and feel better about myself. I want to look good this summer when we go on our vacation. I want to show my girls that eating healthy is not difficult it just involves making healthier choices.

I am in Mississippi and I live in the woods. I have four teens that live in my house and three are girls. I am married to a wonderful man and I don't know what I ever did without him.

Thanks so much for your comment on my "Chicken Wing" blog. LOL. It is actually funny to type chicken wing. Anyway, your support and insight mean everything, especially when you said this "Because it is easier to break someone down than it is to build them up. We have become a lazy (another small word) society that only does the bare minimum to contribute and expects more out of others than we do ourselves. Maybe it's time to do more than we can and don't expect others to do for us that we are not willing to do for ourselves."

That is just real wisdom from a real smart lady. You have fire in your belly and you know your worth. God I Iove when women have fire. That is when we become an unstoppable force of nature. For real.
