Thanks for all of the encouraging comments! It really does help! Although I struggle and get short winded with the exercise routines, I continue. Maybe I cant keep up sometimes lol. But I still get up and sweat through the whole process. I tend to believe if i try really hard it will be easier. And good news! Two days straight I didn't blow my diet ! Woo Hooo! Baby steps.Baby steps. Wish my body could keep up with my mind! I would be running marathons lol.
