Healthy is key to Happiness!

I come from a large family and it is difficult to keep the weight off. I want to be the first adult to stay under 200 lbs. I love the outdoors and want to be able to spend a weekend camping without feeling the effects at the end. I need to be kept accountable. I have a hard time by myself. Feel free to keep me in line, I will appreciate you for it!

My Goals:
My first goal is to see 170 something. I haven't seen 170 something for 2 years and I am getting depressed.

My Program:
I don't want to diet. I want to make life changes. So first I am tracking what I eat and what I do.

Personal Information:
I am in my last year of seminary. My hopes are to work in a children's hospital after graduation as a chaplain. I want to start working as a healthy good role modal. I would also like to feel comfortable eneough with myself to start dating again.
