I am currently working on the last 15-20 pounds.

I have three children (12, 10.5 and 9) and one fabulous husband. On an average day off from school or work you will find us either biking along the Farmington Canal Trail, letterboxing, exploring the coastline, or hanging out with our best friends from our old state of MA. Thanks for the tip. there's no numbers on these bike knobs! That would make way more sense. I did move it till I felt some resistence but then she would say ok half a turn to the right (to add more resistence) and everytime I did that, I never felt a different. Finally I was just spinning it around and around and I guess after awhile I noticed a difference but it was never strenuous to pedal which I would have thought it would be after turning it so much. So I'm not sure if the bike wasn't working properly or if I just needed to turn it more. I'm sure Ill get the hang of it though.
