My Goals:
My first goal is to get back down to 200 lbs and then I'll set another.
My second goal is to run a 5K by the end of this year.
My third goal is more simple - be able to play with my almost 14 year old son.

My Program:
I'm becoming more aware of what I consume, how much, and when.
I've already learned that I'm a pre-dinner snacker - BAD! ;D

oops!

Looks like I cannot edit my previous post after accidentally submitting it.

Anyway, I've had a few ER visits over the years. They have never been able to catch the events on an EKG. Last time they actually thought I was having a heart attack. Thankfully, not.

18 months on Synthroid and my thyroid did not respond. 2 weeks on Armour and my TSH levels started heading in the proper direction.

Wishing you success in stabilizing your thyroid.
