10-09-09 This is the second time I've joined Spark. The first time I joined was March 15th of 2007. Between January, 2007 and October, 2008, I lost 90 pounds (went from 256 pounds down to 166 pounds) by using the bestlife plan and Spark. I've regained 22 pounds back and need to get back on track. I want to reach my goal: to weigh 152. 10-25-09 Completed a 200 contact hours Certified Yoga Teacher Training at Green Tree School of Yoga, Elkhart, Indiana. 11-21-09 Joined the Yoga Alliance 11-24-09 Started ChaLEAN Extreme Burn Phase , weigh 183.5 12-03-09 Hired to teach two weekend yoga classes at the univ. 12-11-09 Weight dropped to 179, out of the 180's 12-11-09 Asked to sub for 1st yoga class with only 2 hours notice 12-22-09 Continuing ChaLEAN Extreme Push Phase, weigh 178.6 01-03-10 Chosen to be on the Extreme team in the BLC12 01-16-10 Began teaching yoga at the university's student activity center 01-19-10 Continuing ChaLEAN Extreme Lean Phase, weigh 175.9 01-25-10 Began P90X workouts, weigh 175.1 02-01-10 Saw 172.6 on the scales this morning, that's an 8.8 pounds loss in the month of January since the new year began 02-12-10 CPR/First Aid Certification 02-14-10 Two of my poems accepted for publication 02-16-10 Became a grandmother for the first time 03-04-10 Saw 171.5 on the scales this morning, spin instructor noticed and commented on my weight loss 03-06-10 Danced with my son at his wedding, my new daughter-in-law looked like a goddess in her wedding dress. 03-11-10 Saw 170.4 and I've reached the half way mark on my Spark page ticker this time to reach my overall goal 03-17-10 Saw 167.3 on my scales this morning! 06-17-10 Taught first spinning class 06-22-10 Taught first step and tone class 07-07-10 Taught two fitness classes in one day (Yoga at 7AM and a Spinning class at 4PM) 08-30-10 Began teaching a scenic cycling and strength training class twice a week (Mon, Wed) in additional to two yoga classes a week at IUSB. 10-23-10 Began teaching a 75 minute yoga class (Saturday mornings) at Memorial Health and Lifestyle Center. 12-31-10 Associate of Arts in General Studies Degree from Indiana University 01-14-11 Asked to add the third scenic cycling and strength training class each week on Fridays at IUSB. 03-09-11 Leading a weight loss group on campus (weekly on Wed lunch hour). 3-19-11 Began a 500 contact hours Certified Advanced Yoga Teacher Training at Green Tree School of Yoga, Elkhart, Indiana. (I will be in training through June, 2012) 6-04-11 Walked SUNBURST Half Marathon, South Bend, Indiana in 3 hours and 31 minutes. It's a start:) 6-03-12 Walked SUNBURST Half Marathon, South Bend, Indiana 6-24-12 Completed a 500 contact hours Certified Yoga Teacher Training at Green Tree School of Yoga, Elkhart, Indiana.
