This time I will do it!

I am a 38 year old mother of three and have battled with weight my whole life. This is not my first time trying sparkpeople, but this is the time that I will take care of myself and do it! There is a picture of me then and me now. I noticed I dont look so happy in the now picture. That will change!

Hi Sara, finally I was able to add you to my sparks page. I'm working on creating a healthy attitude towards exercise emoticon . Have you chosen what type of exercise you like to do. Personally I really don't care for exercise. But I know if I don't move I'll die.....so I joined 10k steps a day team. I hope I have been a little helpful. Please tell me if I'm to pushy. And how can you help me.....be a good listener.....I'm my own worst enemy. emoticon

Congrats on the 30 minutes of exercise. Don't feel bad at all. You got up and exercised! That is a challenge in itself. You are keeping me motivated. You are doing great! Whatcha doing today? I got to go to the store and I am going to walk on the treadmill again. My arms are still sore. I got to be careful because I have fibromyalgia. I don't want to start a flair up. You can do it girl. Every journey starts with a single step. Have a great day! emoticon

I walked 20 minutes today. Plus I had to run a lot of errands. I was sore from the aerobics so I just walked on the treadmill. What did you do today? emoticon
