I've been using the Spark Tracker and the clip broke. I like it but when I do activities like soccer it doesn't record it like exercise sustained only steps - in soccer I'm running short sprints but frequently. How does the FitBit register it? I appreciate all the information it is helpful. Thanks
It has only been 40 days of this new positive thinking, I was depressed like crazy about that time. I've actually been here for 2.5 years now.
I love my FitBit! It tracks my steps, shows me when I'm most active and keeps me going if I'm near the next thousand steps. It syncs with Spark pretty nicely. When they're attached, your FitBit will tell Spark how active you've been and your Spark tracking will go over to your FitBit account. That makes it easy to only have to log everything once and see it in two places. I don't like that the FitBit gives you way too low of a calorie range on days you're not too active and trying to get rid of the weight quickly, so I rely on Spark for a better range. I find that their medium goal does well for more weight loss than it says you'll do.
I should say I have their One, which is rechargeable (unlike the cheapest one they have), tells me flights of stairs I've done, and if I desire, tells me about my sleep patterns.
Maui - Hana for 6 days. Rented a cute little cottage with a great ocean view. Hiking and exploring but heavy rains slowing us down today. OK by us as we need a forced hang out and relax day. Love it any where on the islands.
