I had a sleeve gastrectomy at the end of April 2014. I have been learning more and more about nutrition and my body as I've been losing weight. I need to be here because I feel like it helps me stay accountable.

My Goals:
I don't know what my ideal body weight is. I know that it's not anything that I've been most of my adult life.

I'd like to get under 250lbs by the end of 2014 (hopefully very soon).

I'd like to be regularly exercising by the end of 2014 too.

Maybe be close to 200lbs by summer 2015. Can I do that?

My Program:
I had a sleeve gastrectomy in April 2014. I'm trying to follow the plan that my nutritionist and I have discussed. It's primarily protein heavy- and fitting in vegetables/fruits, etc when there's room! I don't have much of a stomach so I can't eat very much food.

Personal Information:
Live in Astoria
Work in Manhattan.
Hang out in L.E.S. & the theater district.

It's been so long since I've done this, but I think I went to My Virtual Model Community at the following URL: http://www.mvm.com/cs/shopForLooks/Default
.aspx?endpoint=personalize. My daughter helped me set mine up for me so I'm not sure exactly what all we did. I think she copied and paste the figures in paint, but I'm not sure anymore.

thanks for stopping by and for the blog support! :o) the 'weekly' (52 card deck) card challenge took about 2mths to complete just writing out the list for it! i got stuck for ideas along the way, so began the challenge earlier without a full deck (am now into week 7 of it)....the idea is to stick white labels on a deck of cards to write out a challenge on each, shuffle the deck for a random weekly challenge. it's been fun, eye-opening so far and is has been something to look forward to each week. a friend of mine is also taking part in it with her own written challenges and is enjoying it too. i needed some motivation! so, guess it's just a different way of writing out a list of goals ;o)
