As part of a family with a history of obesity, heart issues and diebetes, I want to take control of my health. For me, this will include eating a healthy diet, getting a descent amount of exersize, and reaching (and maintaining) a reasonable weight.

Hi I was ready tismesara's blog and saw that you use protein powder in your oatmeal. I was thinking of doing that too with my breakfast cereal and maybe a protein drink in soy milk in the arvo.

what do you think.

I LOVE YOUR CHICKEN. WE HAD TO GET RID OF ALL OURS WHEN WE MOVED INTO TOWN. MAYBE I COULD GET JUST ONE AS A PET LOL emoticon
