short term goals
1. Exercise 30 minutes each day by Sept 8.
2. Lose 2 pounds by Sept 2.

Mid-range
1. Exercise 45 minutes by Dec 8.
2. Lose 25 pounds by Dec 1.

My Program:
Eating more vegetables and fruit. Using Yogart as a snack instead of ice cream. Drinking more water, and exercising.

Eat well emoticon enjoy your food emoticon emoticon make it fun emoticon

Rest emoticon make sure you get plenty of rest so you can have lots n lots of fun emoticon

Drink emoticon drink plenty of fluids emoticon emoticon emoticon hopefully the healthy kinds and limit the other kind....to add to your fun emoticon

Here is a HUG, to get you thru the days. Always remember you are not alone. This journey is long and slow if we are going to do it right. It's a lifestyle change and not a diet. And it's OK to lose the UMPH to get MOVIN' again and be on the right track.

But we are SO WORTH IT, to continue the struggle UPWARDS towards beating this BATTLE of the BULGE that so wants to BEAT US DOWN.

But I say NO, NO, NO!!!!!!!!!! It, LBS, will not WIN, WE WILL WIN!!! YES, WE ARE WOMEN, and WE ARE STRONGER THAN LBS!!! Hugs, Anna
