My Goals:
Daily: 1) Do 5 - 10 minutes of some sort of "movement" daily. 2) End the day giving myself credit for what I did right.
My Program:
Set small daily goals. Do them for one month. Establish them as new, healthy habilts. Move on to next set of goals.

Have a fantabulous husband, 2 married daughters and 4 adorable grandchildren.
