Welcome to my Spark Page. Thanks for coming to visit. My intention is to get back into the kind of shape I was in before becoming a mom. In my 20's and 30's I bicycled, hiked, backpacked in the summer, went cross country skiing in the winter and for a while played pick-up volleyball twice a week. Welcome to my Spark Page. Thanks for coming to visit. My intention is to get back into the kind of shape I was in before becoming a mom. In my 20's and 30's I bicycled, hiked, backpacked in the summer, went cross country skiing in the winter and for a while played pick-up volleyball twice a week. Becoming a mom, for me meant always putting my daughter's needs first, work second, friends third and I paid attention to my own needs if there was any extra time (once in a blue moon). And I gained 26 lbs.

My goal now that I'm in my 50's, is to exercise most days and have some fun doing it. And to put my own needs back up toward the top of the scale, more of the time.

Hello Ann, it's been awhile, just wanted to pop in to say hello, Hope all is well with you and your family. I have given up all teams except for the BLC, I found it was just too hard and I seemed to be on computer way too much. I am doing well except I am awaiting a shoulder replacement . Hope I don't have to wait too long as it is very painful right now!
