Hi, I am very excited about becoming a Spark Person. I am a 56 yr. old female with 135 lbs. to lose. I was recently diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes and want to gain control over this. I am looking forward to having support and motivation to continue the weight loss journey. I hope to be happy and healthy and be able to live a long and productive life. Any support would be welcomed.
