This is me at 235 lbs. My heaviest was at 240!

This is me at Prom weighing around 110 or so. I starved myself for weeks to fit into this dress.

Hello my name is Samantha. I am 25 years old, and live in Indianapolis Indiana. I have yo-yod more than Oprah, and I am ready to get serious about permanent weight loss. I have a history of anorexia/bullimia/body dismorphic disorder, and am trying to lose weight the right way, but have found it very difficult. I also have diabetes and PCOS, which make it very easy to gain weight and very hard to lose.

I currently weigh in at 195.8(edit), and weighed 240 on June 16th. My official start date wsa 6/30 at 237lbs. I would really love to weigh 130, but it is all a process. I have made short term goals for myself, and will treat myself to a spa day once I meet those goals! I am currently seeing a doctor who has prescribed vitamin B12 shots, high dose Vitamin D, and phentermine(sp?) to help me on my journey. My first goal is 20-25lbs by 9/18. That is 2-3 lbs a week.

I have stopped eating out, and started eating more organic foods, and high protein foods as well. I also eat a ton of veggies and fruits. I am going to start going to the gym today, and am worried I will not be abe to keep up! But hey, you gotta start somewhere huh?!?!

Watching what I eat, eating more organic fruits and veggies, eating less beef.
Excersize 3 times weekly.
Stay busy at home.
No more couch potato!
