I'm doing pretty well, so far. I've been keeping up with the water intake and everything else in my diet is falling into place after that. It's the exercise that always gets me. I sat on the computer all day yesterday and my back was killing me by the time I went to bed. I'm hoping that's enough motivation to get me off my rear today :P lol.
