Motivation for Success

I'm a young mom trying to lose weight and get into the best shape that I can. After having my baby in 2010 I was at my heavest 162lbs. Being petite at 5' feet doesn't help hide the weight gain. Now I want to get my body into better shape and prove to myself that it's possible.

My Goals:
-Lose 30 lbs
-Get slimmer mid-section and toned all around
-To feel comfortable in clothing and feel great about myself
-Be an active and fit mom

My Program:
At least 30 min a day of cardio(walk, jog, treadmill workout )
and strength toning exercises 3x a week.
Cycling 1x a week
Zumba 1-2x a week
Trying portion control and healthy eating

Ok so I'm on day 5 of Insanity and well I'm trying but I kow I can try harder. I have lost 8lbs in two weeks but that is really just all the junk weight I gained since I stopped Insanity two-three months ago. Ahh I so need to tone and lift weights to tighten and gain muscle. What have you been up to?

Hey yeah I need to be serious and realize this is my life and it's not a comedy movie. I worked hard and I need to keep working. I just don't find any joy in exercise at all. I have to work out not that I want to work out lol. My eating habits need to change as well and I have to stay away for trying all these temptations.

I'm so happy for you that you're now at 141. I'm 5'2 and struggling at 161lbs. I just can't seem to push it off. emoticon chica and keep up the good work. I hope your enjoying yourself ;-)
